    Okay, could be better.

    The location was great, in the centre of the town. Walking distance to Caledonian railway. The amenities were plenty. Beds were all clean.

    Although the property had clearly been given a surface clean, it really could be doing with a deep clean. The Kitchen is in need of a proper clean, cutlery drawer was all crumbs and bits from prior visitors. The cooker hood was thick with grease and there were old bottle tops left in the bottle opener on the wall. The trays in the over were dirty too. The bath and shower need a deep clean and walls are very worn and could be doing with a lick of paint.

    I was born in Brechin 87 years ago - this was a trip down memory lane.

    No breakfast. Good location

    The outside appearance of the property could possibly deter possible customers. Inside fortunately was excellent.

    Cozy House

    Perfect house for 5-6 people. Equipped with every comfort. With a pleasant terrace overlooking the woods. Cute and very quiet village.

    The property was more spacious than we expected and the entire family loved the space and location. The views to the cathedral, tower and trees from the balcony were great. We'd definitely stay again if returning to Brechin.

    We had a wee hiccup getting in but the host responded quickly and we got sorted easily. A couple of spare blankets would also have been nice but the beds were very comfortable.
