Guests who want to eat dinner at the hotel must make a reservation 1 day in advance. Guests with food allergies and/or dietary restrictions should inform the property at the time of booking. Summer meal options (barbecue or Japanese multi-course meals) are available starting 16 July 2013. During the winter season, meal options include Japanese shabu-shabu, Chinese hotpot or traditional multi-course meals. Please make a request in the Special Request box when booking. Japanese multi-course meals will be served if not requested otherwise. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. The hours of operation of the shared bathroom is from 06:00-09:00 and 15:00-22:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
