  A great place to stay that was exactly what we wanted.

  Very clean and modern. Great location on the beach road. Every room had a patio with seating. Each room looks so adorable with the bedding and furniture. Each room also has tv and ceiling fans, which is a plus. Lots of closet space. Large kitchen with island seating. Bathrooms are nice and updated and water pressure in showers was awesome. Washer/dryer on 1st floor (next to 3 bedrooms). House has a vacuum and a couple brooms throughout. There is toilet bowl cleaner in each bathroom. Trash bags were on site for each bathroom and 4 for the kitchen. Towels provided for each room. Homeowner also left 6 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap. If you want to do laundry, you’ll need to bring your own supplies. I did bring Clorox wipes as there are no other cleansers on site. The house is very clean though, I just like to wipe up before and after meals. Beach equipment (umbrella, chairs, wagon, & toys) were already there. Keyless entry and 5 parking spaces. House is close to restaurants & shops. Could see Wright Brothers monument from kitchen patio. The community pool is a 5 second walk from the main door and the main beach access on Clark Street is a 3 minute walk from the back gate along the beach road. My family loved the easy access to both water activities all week. So convenient! Nell has a lovely property!

  •Stairs…lots of stairs. My family could handle them, but if you’re traveling with anyone older or handicapped, you’ll find it challenging to navigate between floors. •Water pressure in bathroom sinks is pretty weak.

  Beautiful property! Hated to leave ❤️

  We loved the property !very clean , very comfortable it had everything , could not ask anything more ,the location was perfect all stores near by . The pool was delightful , always kept clean . We loved it so much we can wait to return .

  My whole family enjoyed the stay and none of us wanted to leave. We will definitely be staying here again.

  It was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach.

  There should be something that says how many stairs because my grandmother was going to come with us and I’m glad she did not ilbecause I don’t know how she would’ve managed all of those stairs

  Breeze on in was a home away from home!

  I love Love, the open concept, kitchen, beautiful views, many decks to enjoy outside, Beautiful kitchen, nicely furnished, very pristine, loved access to the small floor vacuums, to easily clean up the sand. The layout and features of the home made you feel welcome and at home. The kitchen was well furnished with amenities. The closet on the main entry had many beach amenities and was well stocked.

  Stairs were more of a hassle than we anticipated. Pillows in the bedrooms were not firm enough. Adding key hooks at the entry door on the ground level would have been helpful. Having an outside grill in the community pool area would be a great bonus.
