  Perfect haven for mid-term stays with a family!

  It’s in a great location, the property manager Jelena is amazing- she’s so attentive, helpful, and friendly. We stayed for 2.5 weeks with our family of 5 and it was perfect! The apartments allow access to bikes we could use to bike around Sutivan. The washer was great to have. We loved the balconies and the pool. The AC worked perfectly. Everything was really comfortable. We were able to change sheets, bedding, and towels mid-stay. And we were also allowed to leave a bit later in the afternoon on the day of checkout. There’s a grocery store right across the street- super convenient.

  Desi apartamentul este cam mic are tot ce-i trebuie pentru o vacanta excelenta! Este foarte aproape de plaja si de port, magazinul alimentar este chiar in fata complexului. Gazda Jelena, care este foarte primitoare si prietenoasa, pune la dispozitia turistilor o gramada de biciclete gratuit! Recomand aceasta locatie!

  Przemili gospodarze. Pomocni. Apartament wyposażony, przestronny, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Basen, prysznic przy basenie, przy basenie pomieszczenie z kuchnią, lodówką, ubikacja i pralnia. Nie trzeba biegać do apartamentu. Blisko do promenady która się idzie do portu. Naprzeciw drogi sklep. Lokalizacja wspaniała. Polecam zwiedzić wyspę Brać. Pozdrowienia dla Jeleny. :)

  Sutivan is a lovely little town.

  Spacious apartment. Great AC. Lovely pool. Handy communal area that has a washing machine, a grill available to use, bikes to explore on. The stand out is Jelena, the host. She is so attentive, kind and on hand to assist with any query. We were able to check in early, which was so helpful with two small children and the luggage. We were shown around and offered recommendations for food, beaches etc. There's a Konzam shop across the road that has most things you could need. The centre and promenade are a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment.

  It would've been a little easier to have an oven for certain meals but the facilities were more than adequate! We had retractable shutters in two windows in the kitchen, they would've been great on all windows to help keep the sun from waking you so early but the sliding shutters did a good enough job.
