Sitting watching the dippers fly down from their refuges in the bridge down to the river Greta
The phenomenally comfortable bed. Nicely equipped. Lovely and clean. Easy walk (once we had worked it out!) along the old railway line down to Keswick and the lake. Really characterful. Great little garden - we were so fortunate with the weather so spent lots of time sitting at the little table in the sunshine drinking our breakfast tea and planning our days
I think there is a Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen but I couldn’t work out how to connect to it.

Very nice break and lovely cottage
excellent location near old railway trail close to garage and SPAR very well appointed cottage with great views
while private parking it is a tight space to get into

lovely cottage, great facilities great location for visiting the area. short walk into town, plenty of eating places, pubs. would definitely stay there again
