    The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious. The decor is pleasant and tasteful. The views are wonderful. There is great potential for this apartment.

    There was a large dirty circular stain on the carpet in the hall, measuring approximately 1 metre by 50cm. The sofa had stains on it and also the footstool. The heating did not come on as stated in the information provided. Luckily, I worked out how to put it on and off. The bathroom needs painting.

    Very handy location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and a short walk to the centre of Settle. Comfortable, spacious, very good value, and good communication from the owners

    Great location for walking/going out in Settle.

    Great location

    Only 3 glass tumblers, chipped glass. Old in places , small single beds. Needed updating in places.

    Great Stay!

    Host went out of the way to help us with a facility not listed with the property at a very short time. We would definietly visit again!
