Great location, comfy house, staff next door super friendly.
Central location with parking. All bedrooms have en suite.
Parking is tight & early check out though we were allowed to stay a little longer~ thank you!

Great location and facilities. Clean.
The fact that you have to check out at 9:30 is very uncomfortable. You barely have time to get up and grab your things. We ask to check out late, but they only allowed us an extra 30 minutes.

Location, great. Large house for family or couples in centre of Coniston.
Hot tub was great however the location of it is very delapadated and requires urgent maintenance, lots of rotting timber spoilt the experience. House quite dark and dingy, needs updating.
