I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

nothing after everything that happend, the host was also a very disppointing experience

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. On the second day of my stay, I suddenly noticed insects (what appeared to be termites or similar pests) coming out of small openings in the room and spreading throughout the entire space. I know in warm areas like Florida this can happen BUT NOT THAT MANY!!!!! It got so bad that I could no longer stay in the room, they were everywhere, even on my bed. As a solo female traveler I just couldnt be in the room for 5 minutes...I had to leave immediately. I ended up booking another hotel on the same day because it was simply not possible to remain there. In addition, the room/whole apartment complex had a musty, mold-like smell, which made the overall experience even worse. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable under that circumstance. At first, the host seemed cooperative and even indicated that the remaining nights would be refunded. However, after multiple follow-ups and back-and-forth communication, the refund was never issued and the host eventually stopped responding altogether. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. While the location of the hotel is actually quite central and near the beach, it cannot make up for the severe issues with the room and the expierence I had in there and the lack of proper customer service. Overall, I am left with a very negative experience and deep disappointment. I cannot recommend this property at all.

  Confortável e boa relação custo-benefício

Localização excelente, perto da praia e de outros pontos interessantes em Miami Beach, apartamento funcional e bem equipado.

Comunicação com o anfitrião. Não consegui informações sobre onde estacionar.
