    wenig überzeugende Ferienwohnung

    Die Lage ist ideal, direkt neben dem Stavros Niarchos Park. Durch den eigenen Stellplatz hat man keine Probleme, sein Auto abzustellen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung groß und hell. Die vorhandenen Geräte haben alle funktioniert; allerdings hat die Klimaanlage in einem Schlafzimmern teilweise schlecht gekühlt und ein ekligen Geruch verbreitet.

    Zunächst einmal sind die Betten nicht so gut. Vor allem in dem einen Schlafzimmer war das Bett dermaßen weich, dass eigentlich nur ein Kind darin schlafen kann. Im Allgemeinen wirkt die Wohnung etwas vernachlässigt, was sich an manchen Gebrauchspuren zeigt: Die Vorhänge waren fleckig, die Couch durchgesessen. Im Bad blättert an einigen Stellen der Chrom ab und der Badheizkörper rostet. Der Check-In verzögerte sich ca 1,5 Stunden nach der vereinbarten Zeit, da die Wohnung noch geputzt werden musste. Als sie dann schließlich bezugsfertig war, war der Boden noch sehr nass, so dass man eigentlich noch eine ganze Weile warten müsste. Dass die Situation mit einen vollgepackten Auto und einem Kind zur Mittagszeit unschön war, kann man sich denken. Das Angebot der vermietenden Firma war dann ein später Check-Out. Insgesamt steht die Erfahrung mit dieser Wohnung im deutlichen Gegensatz zu anderen Ferienwohnungen, die durch den Eigentümer verwaltet werden. Für den geforderten Mietpreis hat mich dieses Objekt nicht überzeugt
