  The best part was that the location was super central, with all the big attractions just a walk away. Plus, since it was a residential building, it was really quiet and in a really nice neighbourhood. There was even a janitor around, which made it feel pretty safe. The good thing is that it also had a washing machine, but they only provided us with one detergent tablet for a single wash. That’s not really okay when you’re staying for seven days. I’m not planning to buy a whole pack of detergent for a week-long stay.

  Honestly, for the amount we paid, I expected much more. At least for the cleanliness to be at a higher level. They have just a few items in the flat, so they could have done a much better job maintaining it. The bed is definitely short, as everyone was saying in the reviews, and if you are more than 170 cm, you have to sleep diagonally or with your legs bent. The lounge chairs were incredibly dirty, like they haven't been deep-cleaned ever. The sink in the bathroom was constantly leaking, so we had to put the kitchen rug around it so that it didn't spill over into the bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, which I know can be common in Spain, but still, they should have done something about it, especially since there is no ventilation or a window in it. The view from the room is basically overlooking the inside of the building, which wasn't the biggest problem, but still, it's not attractive. The curtains haven't been washed, like, ever. So dirty, it's just really embarrassing. There was also a lot of dust inside the closet. The kitchenette was ok, equipped for just basic use. But they could have at least washed the freaking dishes. There were dirty and used utensils that we found when we came in. They also charged us a €30 late check-in fee for arriving after 11 PM, which was also really annoying. They could have simply had a lockbox with the keys. Also, even though I had already paid, they messaged me on WhatsApp asking me to pay again. When I explained that I had already paid, they apologized. The only good thing is that we just slept in the room and were outside the whole day, so it worked for that purpose. But still, guys, come on, for the amount of money, just do some renovation or at least freaking clean it properly!

  Eine Top Lager ! Ruhige Straße trotz zentrale Lage . Unkomplizierte Anreise und Check -in.

  Die Wohnung hat die Aussicht auf den Innenhof ( Wände). Uns hat es gar nicht gestört, da wir immer unterwegs waren. Die Wohnung war aber deswegen auch sehr ruhig. Falls jemand die Aussicht braucht , soll es wissen.
