    Sweet Comfy Islington London Apartment

    Great location very quiet nice suburb big Sainsbury's nearby open late & on weekends. Little Premier shop below was handy to get bread & milk. Felt safe walking home at night. close to Caledonian road tube & easy access to St Pancras station/kings Cross Piccadilly line to return car hire & catch the Eurostar. Parked car outside & took bags up 1 flight of stairs. Great to have 2 separate bedrooms because we stayed 5 nights in London. Main bedroom had ensuite, & there was separate toilet & shower bathroom. Nice big kitchen with great amenities toaster, microwave oven stove top & dishwasher. Had a lovely verandah with table & 2 chairs but we never used it. Complimentary bath gel moisturizer shampoo & conditioner. Easy access to pick up key arrived around 6 pm collected from Staff at Premier shop. Good communication with It owner Deshar.

    One of the dining chairs was a bit wobbly might need some legs tightened up. The smoke alarm was a bit sensitive. Went off when I used the toaster, when my husband opened the oven door even though nothing was burnt. We knew how to turn. It off eg grab a chair & press the button with a knife. But I felt sorry for the people upstairs when it went off at TCC 6.45am. started turning on rangehood when using oven or toaster to avoid alarm going off.

    Good location and quiet. 2 bathrooms. Has potential but needs a bit of money put into it, sofa barely seats 2 people and not comfortable.

    No mattress protector or pillow protectors on beds. Kitchen and bathrooms need a deep clean and then maintained. Sides of cooker hood and cupboard doors especially; and en suite shower has mould and needs cleaned in the gap between the shower and the toilet. Didn’t cook while we were there so can’t comment on that.
