    Very unprofessional

    The studio has everything you would need for a short stay

    The first night the property had no heating so we didn't sleep in and didn't get refunded for it. When we did a claim, they came and turned on the heating the next day. The temperature was 10C that night. Then the landlord crashed the property after knocking on the door and waking us up without any prior notice to fix the internet in another completely separate property. I called the managing company and they told me they will talk to her. The following two day, the internet provider kept coming to this property to fix internet in the adjacent property. They ask for a security deposit that should be released after check out. I called after 10 days and they hadn't credited it back and just said that forgot so if I didn't notice, they wouldn't have ever returned them. I don't recommend this property if you are looking to rest or for piece of mind.

    Perfect spot for a quiet stay.

    Quiet and private. Nice to be able to open the door to the wee back yard and enjoy the summer weather.

    Security bond information email was not fully explicit that it could take 5 days for refund process to start. Bond refund came through 100% fine but the delay could be financially tough for some.
