Check in process needs improvement
Nice enough apartment.
Check in process was a complete shamble. Walked around Vienna with all our luggage for 4 hrs. They didnt respond to multiple messages on booking.com on the days leading up to the stay about being able to drop bags a few hours early. If we didnt borrow a strangers phone to call the number on the booking (we use e-sims when we travel, like alot of people) which I will add sounded like a scam to begin with. So much so that the gentleman who's phone I was borrowing was about to hang up. We were about to go to the Hilton when there was finally a human on the line. No apology from the outsourced company handling the check in process even though there hadn't been a shred of information given to me and it was well passed the agreed check-in time. I understand outsourcing but this host really needs to be on top of messages coming through the system used to book the apartment. Had us very stressed upon arrival. Would not recommend for that reason.

Un horno inhabitable en verano y cero compromiso del anfitrión.
Nada. Solo valoramos que tiene lavarropas.
No recomiendo este departamento, especialmente en verano. La temperatura interior se mantuvo por encima de 31°C durante toda la estadía y fue imposible descansar adecuadamente con los ventiladores disponibles. Tras la primera noche solicité un aire acondicionado portátil por razones de salud y confort, pero nunca recibí respuesta. La falta de atención y compromiso por parte de los administradores fue muy decepcionante. Además, el departamento es básico, con espacios reducidos no auto para cuatro personas y sin placares. La experiencia afectó significativamente nuestro disfrute de Viena. Es imprudente habilitar en estas condiciones este departamento en verano. Lamentablemente, fue una muy mala elección.
