    The location is convenient. The appointment has all necessary equipment. The onsite garage is great.

    But overall I had disappointing experience: 1. The apartment is very small and not so well maintained: doors are noisy and part of them hard to close/open, stains on walls, smell from shower drainage. The shower and ceiling in the bathroom are really low. 2. There is a railway under windows and it's very noisy while a train is passing even if windows are closed. It happens frequently. 3. The elevator goes till 4-th floor. The apartment is in the 5-th, so you have to go up a steep and uncomfortable staircase with the luggage. 4. The water temperature in the shower is very unstable in the evening - it changes from warm to cold in seconds.
