    Disappointed with standard offered as a penthouse

    Location

    In urgent need of maintenance. Ceiling in bathroom almost caved in. Mould. Cistern not working properly. Tiles taped up. Flickering light in kitchen. TV remote not working. Info book out of date. Communication very poor with property manager. Overpriced. Address incorrect with Booking.com

    Disappointing

    Good location with everything you need for a city stay.

    The ceiling in the master bathroom was collapsing with water dripping through the ceiling. Tried to contact accommodation and their lack of response tells us that they were aware of the situation and were unconcerned about its impact on our stay. They did not respond to our concerns.
