    Room not cleaned.

    Location.

    I arrived after 4pm. Instructions had said I could arrive anytime after 3pm. The room had not been cleaned. I called the host at 430 who was going to call me back. Cleaning never occurred. Luckily I had a sleeping bag with me so I was at least able to sleep on mattress. Host not helpful. It is not acceptable and I will be asking for a refund.
