  Location was very convenient, the apartment was very clean. Excellent communication with the host.

  The bed mattress was too soft for my liking. Also the apartment is underground so there is no natural light and not very good ventilation. There was a dead cockroach at the entrance of the building.

  Be aware of lunatic host!

  My nightmare experience about host overshadowing any positive aspect, if there were any!

  Lunatic host who terrorized my entire stay. I had to go to police station for protection. Be careful, as cleaners they clean place and don’t report broken screw washers (minor stuff) that are broken and then she goes frantic accusing you for minor damages. Please do a meet and greet in person and check even screws and nails on the wall so you don’t get lengthy emails that have to respond instead of enjoying your vacation. She finds something to accuse you. She harasses you for check out, so I left early. She is biased if you are not white Caucasian! She wants to communicate with you through WhatsApp and other means and questions why you are on ESIM( because I don’t want to get roaming charges) She did not disclose it is a BASEMENT property and called it “ bright apartment”! If you are a solo female traveler DO NOT book! Horrifying host!

  Günstig und freundlich, aber ich würde es nicht mehr buchen

  Freundlicher Vermieter, der sich schnell darum gekümmert hat, dass ich wieder Strom bekam, nette Lage in Exarchia

  Zugang mit der Schlüsselbox funktionierte zunächst nicht, der Vermieter musste leider kommen, dann hatte ich Stromausfall für einen Tag. Zuletzt funktionierte das warme Wasser nicht mehr.

  Excellent home like stay

  As soon as we got in Eva's apartment was like a breath of fresh air. You can't avoid noticing she planned it meticulously giving her passion into it. It has everything wc freshener, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel very well fragrances, hair dryers, disposable slippers, coffee machine, cattle, toaster, utensils even an umbrella ☔. I named just a few of the things that are coming to my mind. She thought about if you want to cook what you might need and make them available for you. This was reflected on every aspect of a home environment. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there and in those 3 days we couldn't use one third of the extra facilities she made available. Thank you we highly recommend your apartment for anyone.
