    Sin agua caliente durante 3 días

    La localización era ideal, y la habitación tenía todo lo necesario.

    En primer lugar, el apartamento no disponía de aire acondicionado, a pesar de las temperaturas de 35 grados. Solo contábamos con un ventilador, y la habitación resultaba extremadamente calurosa e insoportable para descansar. Por otro lado, al llegar de Viena por la noche, con muchas ganas de ducharnos, nos encontramos con que no había agua caliente. Del grifo salía el agua completamente fría. A la mañana siguiente la situación seguía igual. Tuve que contactar con la dueña a través del chat de Booking, ya que no respondía por WhatsApp. Me informó de que la caldera estaba estropeada. Sin embargo, pasaron tres días completos sin agua caliente y sin que se ofreciera ninguna solución por su parte. Su única respuesta fue que “no dependía de ella”

    Отдых в Праге

    Квартира в центре города, многие достопримечательности в пешей доступности.

    В соседней квартире шел ремонт, работы начинались с 7 утра и до вечера каждый день и на выходные тоже. Очень душно в квартире, был только вентилятор, который не справлялся.
