Inattentive super-host blamed guests for her incomplete listing.

Location, styling, cleanliness, and electronically responsive host.

Sadly, the check-in process was not smooth and required multiple attempts to complete a complicated digital form that included uploading of identity documents. Secondary and most serious was the unit advertised two beds (one sofa-bed and one queen) but there weren’t any linens or blankets for the second bed. Thirdly, not a City view from the balcony, and other inaccuracies in the listing. The manager was not local therefore could not fix problems and blamed me for not reading the reviews or notifying her that we needed two separate beds.
