Super flat in a great location.
Smart, spacious, clean flat in a great quiet location. Free on-street parking outside. Easy walk into centre, down to East beach or up to Beeston Bump (beware of Black Shuck (⚆ᗝ⚆) ! Good shower; comfy bed. Good fast comms with the owner - especially regarding the basin tap which I repaired for her. Nice and quiet with windows open - no traffic and no seagulls! :) ....just the occasional jet fighter. (NB: The other flats in the block and most neighbouring properties appeared to be unoccupied).
It is very awkward trying to open the key safe. Suggest it is located at the front of the box, like flat 1. There are no instructions for rubbish disposal. e.g. What can be recycled in Sheringham? We had to put everything in the black bin so we did not contaminate the recycling; and take some of it home. The air fresheners were overpowering. We turned them off during our stay.

Quiet location, nice flat.
The location was good - not too far from the centre of town.
Opening the lock box to collect the keys was very difficult - maybe need a new lock box.
