  Great location clean and tidy place. Washing machine was broken so was replaced immediately. Great communication at all times.

  Perfect, very clean, very quiet, very cosy and very easy to reach from central London

  For those who commented that the shower did not work, I would like to say that the shower works perfectly well and is very easy to use

  Wir haben die Bewertungen vorher gelesen und reisten mit gemischten Erwartungen an. Aber die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich, und der Vermieter reagiert freundlich (bei der Ankunft fanden wir nicht gleich alle Lichtschalter, und er hat es uns dann genau beschrieben). Damit war es besser als unsere Erwartungen. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein runder Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Wir waren zu viert; mit mehr Personen würde es dort sehr eng! Es ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel im Norden von Peckham - sehr anders als die Peckham High Street! Gleich um die Ecke sind zwei Bushaltestellen, von denen zwei Buslinien direkt ins Zentrum von London fahren (ca. 30 min. Fahrzeit). Also für London eine recht gute Lage. Und ein schöner Blick auf die Skyline.

  Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses (32 Wohnungen) ohne Aufzug. Der Hauseingang und das Treppenhaus wirken sehr abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig.

  Do not Go here !!, place is full of dampness and must and dirty environment outside the apartment

  The stairs up to the apartment had needles all over it and the stairs smelled of urine and there was alcohol bottles all around the place. The apartment itself was tidy but there was an awful smell of must and dampness in the rooms- as we were staying as a family with a 20 month old and a pregnant woman this was awful and we had to leave to book another hotel. There was also no working elavator to the apartment and my grandmother who is 70 on top of my pregnant partner had to climb 5 flights of stairs. I contacted the owner of the property who refused ro give a refund. Then promised a partial refund of 20p pounds of which I never received. The area the apartment was in was also quite rough. There was dirt rubbish graffiti and broken glass all outside the property. Stay away from here if you have a family. It would've been tolerable for a single traveller or a couple who would perhaps look past all the red flags... but do not go here. It is a massive waste of your money that you won't get back. Totally deceitful with the photos !!!
