  Nice apartment and great location!

  We had a very nice stay in this apartment! The location is very central, so we were able to walk to most of our destinations. It was very clean and cozy. The host also leaves a great info booklet with instructions and answers to any questions you might have about the facilities.

  There is a toaster and a kettle available, but whenever we tried to use the toaster, the circuit breaker tripped and cut the lights. We reset the switches on the breaker panel as instructed, but the toaster tripped the power again, so we gave up.😁😁 I booked the apartment specifically for the balcony, hoping to enjoy morning coffees or evening wine, but it turned out not to be very private since the neighbors' windows and balcony are quite close. However, we didn't end up using it anyway due to the cold and rainy weather.

  Беше както на снимките, уютно и чисто. Кварталът е тих е в близост до трамвайни спирки.

  Не ми хареса, че трябваше да платим депозит, който беше 70% от платените нощувки, ако случайно счупим нещо. Също така домакините искаха да оставим чист апартамента, а в същото време нямаше веро, с което да си измием чашите, а само миална, за 3 чаши. Също така нямаше инструкции и информация как можем да си пуснем отопление, а ние пътувахме през октомври. В стаята няма климатик.

  Frustrating check-in and host communication

  Despite booking through this platform, the hosts refused to communicate here, instead redirecting us to an external third-party app that required a separate login and verification process to get the PDF instructions. Furthermore, when we requested information about an early check-in, the hosts promised to follow up but ultimately ghosted us. Inconvenient Key Pickup While self-check-in via a lockbox is standard, the key box was located a 4-minute walk away from the apartment. This is particularly inconvenient when traveling with heavy luggage after early morning flights and transfers. In-person check-in is available only for an extra fee. Upon arrival on a 27°C day, the apartment's heated floors were left running, causing the indoor temperature to reach an uncomfortable 30°C. Excessive and Threatening Rules House rules were scattered across four different locations and communicated aggressively. Rather than standard instructions, rules regarding basic tasks like waste disposal were accompanied by heavy-handed threats of financial penalties, deposit deductions, and surveillance monitoring. While the apartment itself is rather nice despite the moldy bathroom, the hosting management needs significant improvement in hospitality, guest communication, and check-in efficiency.
