    Great location

    Safebox location if a solo traveller is dodgy. All towels and sheets all had excessive stains or soiled markings on them. Excessive mould in the bathroom, very unsafe of those with lung conditions. Windows are broken, unable to close fully the one in the kitchen/lounge which caused cold and damp area over night and loud noise in the wind through it. Bedroom window handle already broken with no fixing for the window. Leak in the bathroom causing damage to wood work with puddle on floor. Shower unit does not close and has mould around base. Carpet was unhoovered and dinning chairs litter from previous occupants. Coat rack upside down in hall way.

    Clean but the facilities really let it down.

    The location was good and the property was clean.

    We had originally chosen to stay at an apartment instead of a hotel because we wanted a more homely experience. We were however firstly disappointed with the fact that the TV did not work and the remote would not connect. We then tried to make some food and quickly found out that the oven did not work either. One of the windows in the living area did not close properly and was partially open all night, this was especially unsettling as we had the children sleeping on the pull out sofa bed right near the window. When I reached out to the owner, although he responded quickly, wasn’t very helpful at all.
