    Disappointing

    Liked the location, liked the view, liked the cleanliness and amenities.

    HATED how unhelpful the email instructions were regarding checking in. The receptionist at the hotel lobby was rude, unhelpful and ultimately clueless. How can an accommodation business be run out of a hotel and have nothing to do with the staff employed at that same hotel!!!!??? HATED that my daughter and I had to do a witch hunt just to find the key, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE THE WRONG KEY AS IT WOULD NOT OPEN THE ROOM DOOR!!! The worker over the phone was rude and unhelpful and we had to spam call her to get any help whatsoever, she then reluctantly sent her "colleague" to the hotel to assist us. We then had to wait over an hour for assistance. While the "colleague" was lovely, it does not excuse the fact that it delayed us from checking into our room by around 2 hours. While teabags, coffee and sugar packets were provided, milk was not. That is bare minimum with any accommodation, and given the price of the room, milk provided is a fair expectation on my behalf. Additionally, having to perform our own housekeeping to avoid losing the expensive deposit is ridiculous. Having to check ourselves in plus clean up almost makes us staff! Perhaps we should have asked for a wage. I find it appalling that the worker did not reach out to me once after all the troubles we had, nice-ish apartment, definitely not worth the hassle. Would not recommend.

    Nice place to stay

    Very central to what we needed great views of the city and the river.pool and spa are heated and very nice to use the gym was also good to have

    Noise from city work and traffic was pretty loud during the week weekend was a bit better Furniture on the balcony could be a bit more comfortable as it is lovely sitting outside

    Would definitely recommend! Exactly delivered we needed for our trip

    Perfect location for stadium, CBD, West End and Southbank arts hub, contained everything we needed and we made good use of the pool, gym, spa and sauna. Apartment was very clean and good communication with host.

    Could have used some coat hangers and only 4 towels for a family of 4 using all the facilities was a challenge.
