    Comfortable, clean with an ideal location

    Great location close to the shops. Great to have a fridge. All very clean and tidy. Bathroom looked very new. Comfortable bed. Ideal parking situation which was reasonably priced.

    Not double glazed and was a little noisy with passing traffic and people. Only able to use TV if you log into your accounts for Netflix etc.

    Great locatiob

    The location is perfect, really close to the shops and handy having M&S across the road! The flat was quiet and it was really well equipped. Check-in was easy with the instructions sent. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.

    The internet TV was really frustrating. It kept losing signal. I was hoping to have a quiet night watching TV after a busy day, but had to resort to watching on my phone. A couple of hooks for hanging up jackets would have been good.

    Beautifuly decorated with some logistical improvements

    It was decorated so cute and so clean! We were traveling with our 4 month old and she just lit up when we walked into the place. So much color and amazing lighting. Very nicely decorated!

    When we first arrived we were unpacking and trying to out our clothes away in dresser drawers, but the drawers were broken and wouldn’t stay on the track, we also noticed there was no place to hang clothes but they had a couple of hangers sitting… we were visiting for a wedding and didn’t have a please to hang our outfits for it at first. However when I reached out about the drawers they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue and also provided a clothing hanging rack with more hangers which was better than the original set up! Also, Since we were traveling with a 4 month old, we go through diaper changes frequently and that fills up a trash can. We had a longer stay so when the trash got full fast. When we tried to empty it, we ran into a couple of issues. the instructions to take the trash out didn’t work and we tried asking for assistance and the response we received didn’t help so we ended up leaving the trash inside the place. We also didn’t have an extra trash bag to replace the one that got full and noticed we didn’t have any extra dish towels to use, there was only one. When we reached out and asked for more of these items, it took a couple of days and we only received the extra trash bag not the towel. These aren’t a huge deal as I could wash the other dish towel in the washer as needed, but we did feel like for a longer stay it would have been nice to be better stocked up with essentials like these at our finger tips.
