    Underwhelming and overpriced for rude treatment and unintended staff…

    The location is excellent and it’s easy to access the parking.

    The rooms, for the price, were incredibly underwhelming. No bath tub, shower only, the tea and coffee facilities were stored in the wardrobe and had to be carried to the opposite side of the room to be able to use it. The rooms are incredibly basic for the price paid per night. No better than any other business hotel I’ve stayed in and far inferior to a recent much cheaper stay at a nearby Hilton. The staff treated us with a lazy indifference and gave possibly the worst representation of customer service I’ve ever experienced. From snarky and confrontational staff who made check out a pain to staff who plainly ignored us. We will not be returning, I recommend staying on the green outside before back at the hotel.
