The Worst Customer Service
The cafe and restaurant's staff behaviors and their service
Manners of the receptionist especially the employee (Mazin). The restroom facility was broken and they refused to repair it or even change the room for me. The view of the room was the rooftop and building's roof. The room was very gloomy with little to no lightning in it. The security and inspection was very disturbing every single time i come back to the hotel even though I am a resident in it and having to go through sonar inspections all over again. They didn't commit to the price mentioned in the app and even charged me extra ! Even though on the very first day we agreed that my booking for 4 nights later and not just 3 and many people witnessing the agreement they still tried to charge me an extra night. They refuse to get a pre-pay through the booking app to be able to charge extra in person. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel though I have been to many hotels before and many countries, I have never seen a hotel this bad or with such bad customer service and treatment.
