She is a good host but needed to be a bit more organised I guess.
She was proactive in offering help to fill the gaps with her property. Fix things that were broken and supply things that were missing but as a guest I expect these to be taken care of ahead of us arriving and not during our stay!
The bed was broken - there was a light that was constantly flickering
