    Handy location for tram station, pacific fair

    Location good

    Hooks on bathroom doors to hang clothes when showering. Toilet paper offered needs an upgrade, too thin

    Propreté moyenne mais staff réactif. Appartement bien placé et confortable.

    Très bien placé, assez spacieux et belle vue des chambres. Place de parking facile à utiliser.

    Le sol était collant et sale à notre arrivée. La télécommande de la tv de la chambre ne fonctionnait plus. Pas de pommeau de douche dans la 2me douche, juste un jet fixe ce qui n'est pas très pratique. Nous avons eu presque un dizaine de cafards en un semaine...Nous avons contacté le staff qui a toujours été réactif, ils ont assuré qu'un pest control avait été effectué et ont proposé de revenir traiter mais nous n'avons pas voulu risquer les produits chimiques donc nous avons refusé. Une équipe de ménage est cependant venue refaire le ménage et changer la télécommande.

    Top rating for comfort, location & professionally managed.

    Excellent location, close to PacFair, tram and bus. Pool and spa for relaxation at the end of a long day and still close to the beach. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need and well managed. Everything had been thought of, clear, quick communication by Managers.

    Excellent location and facilities were ok.

    Good location - 5 min walk tot he beach, tram out the front. We walked to Cavill ave and it was an easy stroll. The outside pool was freezing and the indoor pool was ok. Bare minimum dishes but enough for 4.
