    We all enjoyed it the beds were very comfortable

    It was a beautiful clean house apartment close to the train station and to town aswell.

    Terrible

    Beds were clean and the property looked nice

    Hair in the sofas so shows it hasn't been cleaned. The bed were fine but no hot water to shower with. Contacting them was a hassle and we had to wait over an hour for the maintenance guy to show up who didn't show up. We had to drive all the way back to Manchester shower and get ready for the wedding and drive back to Bradford for the wedding. Service is always delayed and no response from the property manager for over 3 weeks. I had to contact Booking.com directly to rectify this. Still not sorted and taking ages to process a refund on their end. Not ideal when you have travelled 6+ hrs. I found this property on Airbnb but they took the listing down and found it here. I had high expectations but let down very bad.

    Terrible apartment

    Nothing property was terrible

    Lift wasn’t working we had two disable people, no help was available via telephone, fan wasn’t working properly. Worst experience of life

    Very Spaces and ideal location

    Hot water had to keep pressing the boost button to get the hot water. Suggestion to put a notice how to heat the water. The ensuite bathroom couldn't get the hot water to work.
