Excellent for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was easy to get to.
Very convenient for everything.
The stairs were a bit too much for us as we are not young any more.

Amazing, relaxing stay in a lovely bed and Breakfast.
The room was fantastic, very comfortable bed, lovely decor, good touch with the porridge and breakfast bar along with tea and coffee facilities. Excellent location for the town and then a lovely walk down to Bowness. We went in Aug when it was quite warm and there is a fan in the room along with a heater if it is cold. Communication was brilliant, our room was ready early and we received an email to confirm where to collect our keys. Parking was easy to in the Pay and Display across the road.

Lovely guest house and so welcoming. Lovely hosts.
Host dawn and Steph were lovely and easy to talk to. Lovely quirky clean room couldn’t fault. They included a porridge and cereal bar for breakfast which wasn’t included. Near to all shops and restaurants and 10 minute walk to station. Will stay again and recommend to all

Bardzo polecam pobyt w tym obiekcie, nie mogliśmy wybrać lepiej 😊
Bardzo wygodne łóżka, przemiła obsługa, super lokalizacja na wypad po Lake District, cicho i spokojnie, blisko dworzec kolejowy, pokój był bardzo czysty, w pokoju wszystko czego potrzeba 😊
