Great value for money stay in the Hunter Valley.
Beautiful tranquil location with birds and kangaroos roaming freely and lovely lake to sit and enjoy a cold beverage.
Lots of animal dung around the entrance to the accommodation.

Nice and calm!
It was so clean and nice! Everything working as expected
Maybe a little more of salt, pepper for the breakfast provided. Without car access it’s a little more complicated/expensive, however it was amazing our stay!

schöne Lage, muss aber auf Vordermann gebracht werden
Die Lage ist wunderschön. Ruhig, an einem Teich. Am Morgen durch Vogelgezwitscher aufwachen, draußen frühstücken, Kängurus hüpfen vorbei. Herrlich. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir Milch, Eier, Schinken, Brot, einen Wein. Das war toll. Danke.
Leider war es nicht sehr sauber. Spinnweben an den Nachttischlampen, Badezimmertüre innen und aussen total schmutzig. Im Bad keine Ablagefläche. Das Regal über dem Lavabo war schief, so dass alles runter rutschte. In der Küche gab es nur ein Weinglas. Gabeln gab es gar keine. Im Abfalleimer gab es keinen Abfallsack, dafür noch Abfall vom vorherigen Gast. Draussen gibt es einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Einer davon war kaputt. Wir haben die Vermietung schriftlich um Behebung einiger Missstände gebeten, jedoch nie etwas gehört. Schade eigentlich, es wäre eine tolle Villa.
