The host was wonderful. Great communication beforehand; provided a wonderful guide on Florence, where to eat, what to do etc. The check in process was seamless. Parking was fantastic; easy to access, easy to park and felt safe. You are a little walk or public transport from the centre of Florence; but we booked expecting that so we had access to parking and didn't have to drive into the LTZ to get to accomodation.
Nothing.
