    Pleasant weekend away

    Really well presented B&B, clean & tidy. The hosts are friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very close to centre of Windermere, only 5 minutes walk to the shops. Lake is about 20-30 minutes walk from the door.

    Liz & Graham are wonderful hosts, that make a real effort to know their guests. They have created a very welcoming B&B with a home like feel. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Brook House to anyone that wants to enjoy the Lakes District.

    Best B&B

    We really enjoyed our stay. First of all we arrived late. Liz and Graham were there to greet us with a cup of tea! They are brilliant hosts. They gave us great recommendations of where to walk to and visit and also wonderful restaurants. We will definitely stay there again when we're in the Lake District. We also enjoyed our long chats at breakfast with them both. Thanks again. Jill, Dave and Sam

    Wonderful hospitality from Liz and Graham. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast. The location was great with many places to eat nearby. We were given great information from Liz and Graham about walks and places to dine etc. Would go back there to stay. Thank you Liz and Graham!
