    Friendly owner, clean hotel but the room is small.

    The breakfast is okay. The location is 5 minutes away by car in the City Centre. The owner is very nice, friendly and accommodating.

    The room is small. The toilet is very small. Not enough parking space.

    Excellent hosts, comfortable accommodation, great breakfast, private parking

    I would always prefer a 2 tap wash basin to a mixer tap hand basin

    The hosts were lovely, very easy to talk to and gave suggestions for excursions. The property is in a good location, about 10 mins walk from Lake Windermere. The room was clean and tidy.

    The facilities are a little tired and in need of updating. The shower was electric and did not have good temperature control.
