Lack of cleanliness, toilet bowl loose, toilet seat loose, teabags etc not replenished, only offered English breakfast - nothing else. Had to ask for towels.

Our stay was pleasant just spoilt by having no hot water
Breakfast was fab
The fact that we had no hot Water for the whole of our stay,had to boil water from kettle to have a wash,showers were a no no due to no hot water.it would have been nice to have a top up of milk tea coffee etc each day.
