    Lovely hotel and lovely owners

    Location ideal, tram stop at the top of the road, but to be honest is was only about a 10 min or so walk into the centre of Blackpool.

    Rooms are very small, and stairs are quite steep and narrow .

    The area was very close to the tram Breakfast was nice and staff were lovely and chatty

    Weekend break

    A warm & friendly welcome on arrival , the room was clean & fresh, the breakfast was really good with a wide veriaty on choices,

    I can't find any faults with the hotel wud recommend to anyone !!!
