The Spa facilities were either closed or broken without any prior notice. The Staff were nice though didn’t mention they until we found out ourselves and had to ask and complain

Clean room and facility. Grounds we landscaped perfectly. Parking lot was well lit and swept.
The pool needs to be looked at more regularly. Leaf and other debris in it. Chairs are dirty in crevices. Door on sauna does not open and closes properly. Menu at bar is limited at best.

The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the location was great close to many attractions and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
The only downside was the additional resort/service fee, felt the food was a little pricey. One of the amenities that was supposed to be included with that fee was not available during our stay, and there was no substitute offered. Considering the extra fee, I would have expected an alternative to be provided. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient.

Some staff very rude/insulting Did not make right on agreed price 100$+ Hiden fees even after fees and price "included" taxes and fees.

The size of the room was large and bathroom was nice
When you check in you are obligated to spend a 30.00 daily fee for report fees which is rediculous after the room price. The person staying above me walked like they had concrete blocks on their feet starting at 5am . I complained to the desk twice and nothing was done. All I asked if management could leave them a note to try and walk a little softer.
