    The unit did not have any ac, we were not aware of that. Power was out for a day and water was also out, a lot of maintenance going on in our building that prevented us from having a good time. Price was a little too high for the unit.

    We had a lovely few days staying in the apartment, close to the beach and the amenities of Oceanside

    The apartment was well furnished and the complex has plenty of amenities, including a large pool, two hot tubs and games rooms. It is a very short walk to the beach, which is ideal for learning to belly board and surf. A couple of nice restaurants are close by and can walk to. The host was very prompt in emailing/texting which is great
