Location good but disappointed with facilities.
Location was great. Couldn’t be better placed. Staff really pleasant and so kind to give a bottle of wine for my birthday - that was a nice touch.
Basic facilities - all hotel norms situated in another hotel just down the road which I didn’t realise on booking so was disappointed. WiFi didn’t work and apparently is fully open/public so probably not one to use. TV didn’t work (twice had to go to reception to replace batteries and once network was down). No air con just a fan so quite stifling or either hot or cold. Sure this was advertised as a service I paid for for the room but not available. And no milk for tea - just powdered capsules won’t bother some but being English I love my tea so again disappointing.

Love the stay. Great location to walk around the best places. Rooms are clean and have decent space. The staff was amazing! Lorrainy was great! Always smiling and willing to help and provide advise. Very lovely girl!

Absolutely amazing stay at Brown's. The hotel is beautiful, the furniture exquisite for any design aficionados. The bed wa super comfortable, the room large and with a little terrace. The Marshall speaker was a real plus. Facilities were overall up to par with what was described and we really enjoyed our night there. I wish I'll be back on travel some time!
