    Tween lake and town

    Great location with easy walk to Keswick centre and Derwent Water. Quiet location.

    Toilet paper holder poorly placed. Although it was a smart TV, there was no YouTube. (Disney and Amazon were however available thanks to others, but would depend on room) (Smart TVs add a lot of complexity for the hotel, although casting screens from a phone may be.possible, you do not know which room the picture will appear in)

    Really comfortable stay with great breakfast and easy parking.

    Lovely staff. Great service at breakfast. Table service and great choice of hot food. Fantastic view from breakfast room. Comfy bed, nice shower. Parking very easy.

    The only tiny flaw was 2 large dusty cobwebs above the bed. Very high ceilings so you will need a long feather duster or a ladder!!! Otherwise, lovely and clean and comfortable.

    Excellent location and great place to stay

    Fantastic view over Cat Bells from the bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Very easy access to Keswick centre and the lake. Second time we have stayed here and will stay again definitely!

    Nothing could have improved our stay - we were very satisfied

    Excellent choice.

    Great location. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room, comfy beds. Tasty breakfast. Highly recommend. Added bonus to be able to leave cases prior to check in.
