The host Iain was great, kept in touch really well and was concise and helpful.
The location was fairly central. We took a tram from Edinburgh airport to the last stop then walked to the appartment. Its a downhill walk. The host Iain was excellent. We were very grateful that he managed to arrange an early check in for us as our arrival flight was early morning. The place is bigger than we expected its clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay

The apartment was convenient and comfortable for 5 adults. Would stay again if travelling in a group
Location was very good. Handy for trams, buses, shops, restaurants, town centre and Leith port
The outdoor terrace / patio was unusable. No furniture at the front. Damaged boarding and green mould at the rear.

Overall, it was a good value for money for me.
The location was excellent and has good shopping establishments close to it.
One of room heaters wasn’t working and one of the two toilets did not flush properly.
