The staff were so helpful! We were in Monsoon season with 2 small children. They upgraded us to the beautiful apartment suite! The food was amazing and breakfast buffet was exceptional!!

Die Unterkunft ist gut und relativ modern ausgestattet. Was wir mochten waren die Sonnenliegen am Strandbereich. Allerdings mangelte es ein wenig an dem Service. Zwei Tage gab es keine Cocktails. Auch bei anderen Bestellungen wie einer Cola oder Weißwein musste man 15 Minuten warten. Wir haben zu unserem Tagesdrink immer Canapés bekommen, was auch sehr aufmerksam ist. Das Frühstück war gut, man hat alles bekommen. Im Großen und Ganzen wurden wir das Hotel definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Sicuramente è il meglio che c si può trovare a long beach, ma una quadrupla costata 400€ a notte che per la malesia è un mutuo ,non può essere grande quanto una doppia ,non riuscivamo nemmeno a passare tra le valige.. Colazione drink e ristorante a 10 stelle con prezzi xo occidentali
