    Ottima soluzione al centro di valencia

    Ottima la posizione in plaza dell'ayuntamento, da lí potevi fare tutto in pochissimo tempo. Gentilissima la proprietaria, sempre disponibile. Appartamento semplice ma pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Ps letto comodissimo

    Disappointed

    Location. Shower was good. Nice lady met us. Let us in early. She's the agents mother and does the cleaning. The 32 bus passes right outside and takes you to Malvarossa beach. It's just up the road from Ayuntamiento. That's the good stuff....

    There's too much to mention and I sent the list of things to the lady. But she didn't like me telling her and didn't agree with the assessment. Anyone going to what they describe as a suite might agree. One of about a dozen recommendations was to put the sink in the bathroom with the WC and the shower, not beside the bed!! She told me the 5 cheap wire coat hangers were designer. Anyway I'll give it a swerve next time.

    La posizione, la composizione dell’appartamento (spazi molto generosi e ben studiati).

    Non pulitissimo (ma niente di insopportabile) e rumoroso (i vetri delle finestre sono davvero sottili e si sentono moltissimo i rumori esterni)

    Would not stay in this Apartment again

    The location was good.

    Very noisy from pedestrian street traffic. Window blinds not working.Water leaking from sink.Not a comfortable room. No help from landlord.Construction noise starting early in the morning.
