We will be back.
Location, location, location. The house is right on the beach, and a short walk to restaurants, art galleries and small stores. We enjoyed being this close to the beach, and listening to the waves at night. You are renting part of a private home, not an all-inclusive resort. The room/property photos are accurate. Pepe and Emma are exceptionally nice, give good local advice, and know where to get things. They try very hard to make sure guests have a great time. The room and pool were clean, the staff helpful, and the whales performed!!

Uncomfortable
Being beach front was the draw to this property
The owners and one other guest didn’t respect our privacy. We had a constant flow of strangers coming in and out of our space. At one point Pepe walked into our house and just about caught me naked. A constant flow in and out of people who were not staying there using our entrance. We had to be “on guard” the whole time. No hot water for the first 2 days and often no water at times. All the dishes in the kitchen were dirty and dusty. Dirt on all the metal lights and such. The toilet seat in the master bedroom is about to fall off. Only one set of keys for the place so everyone is either locked in or locked out. There are about 7 different keys that you need to remember what key does what lock constantly. No window coverings so we had to hang towels to help block the afternoon sun from heating the house. We were told upon arrival that if we left the house without turning off the AC in the bedrooms that they would walk right in to turn them off. Coming into our space while we are away was a breach of trust. We never had 1 day of private family time. We will never go back here.

Would definitely stay here again as it added to our enjoyment of our trip.
Location on the beach and courtyard pool were both really nice . Only 4 rental suites so pool felt quite private. We stayed in the studio suite and enjoyed private time on large deck facing the ocean. Great having a full kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Lighting at night was usually off so had trouble seeing when returning home and inserting key in door.
