    房间空调极差，尤其是厨房，热的像烤箱一般。只有卧室中有一个简易空调，但制冷效果很差且不能调整。 我们入住三天内，卫生间完全没有热水。我们向房东反馈后，直到我们离开时也没有修好，我们因此被迫洗了3天冷水澡 厨房用品不太齐全，卫生情况也一般

    The location close to river a nice view of the small park Also close to many shops and eateries

    The access. The facilities clearly states for that apartment lift to upper floors. That apartment is on the second floor. The lift doesn't go near it. I was informed on the morning of my arrival that there were 10 steps. They are marble with no handrail. Then inside entrance is through an obscure door and another 9 steps up to the apartment door..There is a handrail on those. There was no way I could take my bags up there. The host told me to asky taxi driver. That wasn't his job. I had to tip him well to do that for me.
