It was like being at home once we met the staff they were amazing.
Communication was a little difficult, the need to reply in the whats app, and never answered the phone. Also a kitchen towel would help as well ad darker blinds for the bedroom

Appartment is huge, big TV with Netflix (if you have an account) and Rakuten TV. Coach is super comfortable, beds also. Towels and bed linen were supplied and clean.
You can park in the garage but if you would like to park at the street, there are no spots as it is in the hill and each free spot belong to some house. Drainage in the bathroom stinks. First night it was cold in the appartment, second night it was fine. Big minus is for owner not responding to our questions (we had infant with us). I asked some questions 5 days in advance and never got the answer, just third party was contacting the owner trying to help. Overall staying was ok.
