    Very kind and helpful staff who understood English. Great location with lots of great shops and food and in the inner ring road so easy to get picked up for tours. Great value on price.

    At the time we were staying there were renovations so it was very noisy during the day.

    המיטה טובה מאוד, החדר מרווח והמקלחת טובה מאוד.

    המלון נמצא בשיפוץ, המלון נראה כאתר בנייה. לדעתי לפחות לשנה. משום כך אין למלון לובי, אין באמת חדר אוכל, האוכל ניתן בחמגשיות, המלון עטוף ביריעה לבנה ומסומן כאתר בנייה. במשך היום יש רעש של בנייה. לדעתי, בעוד כשנה המלון, מאחר שהמיקום טוב, המלון יהיה טוב, אבל כרגע זה ברמה של אכסנייה.

    The staff tried hard to make the best of an untenable situation!

    The staff were great and the position very good

    The renovations that I was aware of included a jack hammer working very close to my room. The noise was very bad. Also the transport that I booked didn’t arrive at the airport. However after I complained the hotel refunded my accommodation costs less 200yuan service fee, which was fair
