  Wonderful Vila！

  I have to say, this was the best accommodation of our 20-day trip around Australia! The house is incredibly spacious and fully kitted out with everything we needed — our family of six had such a wonderful stay. There’s a breakfast shop right out front, which is super handy for grabbing morning food. The little beach just outside was our kids’ absolute favourite, and we can walk to the main beach at Surfers Paradise too. Everything was really convenient. The place was spotlessly clean, and it has such a warm, welcoming vibe. The path leading down to the backyard turned into a little adventure trail for the kids :)

  Location, facilities, rooms, space, design.

  There’s just some spaces that are not too clean, the BBQ grill also was not cleaned.

  Awesome location close to the heart of Surfers Paradise

  We absolutely loved our stay at Budds Villa! The location was perfect, with everything we needed within easy walking distance, including Surfers Paradise, supermarkets, the beach, and plenty of entertainment. Entry was easy with a door code provided to us before we arrived The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean and well presented. There was also plenty of space for our family of nine, with enough room for everyone to have their own space without feeling crowded. Overall, we thought it was excellent value for money and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!Easy entry to the property with door code sent before our arrival

  Only minor but some of the communication was a little confusing as messages received via email and whatsapp - all sorted easily enough though through Booking.com

  Perfect for our needs.

  Location was perfect for us and our stay. Cafe on the corner right next to property was great for brekkie. Plenty of space to relax in the house. Beds and accommodations were A1
