  Amazing bungalow in a perfect location!

  Absolutely fantastic bungalow! Everything is thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. The location is perfect, close to Siam Park, Aqualand, supermarkets and everything you need. Despite being so central, it is incredibly quiet and private. The views are beautiful, and the cozy terrace with a BBQ is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evenings. Everything is spotless, comfortable and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommended!

  A lovely, well-equipped home from home in Costa Adeje — we’d happily stay again.

  We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the bungalow. It was lovely, clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped — it genuinely felt like everything we could possibly need had been thought of. The outside terrace was great for relaxing and the pool area was lovely. The location was also ideal for us, peaceful enough to relax but still within easy reach of everything in Costa Adeje. We felt very at home here and would happily stay again.

  Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property had everything we needed.

  Unfortunately, what was meant to be a great stay turned into a very disappointing and distressing experience. On arrival, everything seemed fine. However, shortly after checking in, I reported that the bathroom door handle was faulty and could lock us inside. I consider this a serious fire-safety concern, although it was manageable at the time. There were also other issues with the property, including a hole in the wall near the sliding door and a broken bedroom lock, which again raised concerns about safety and security. I am not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, and I would much rather highlight these issues privately. I am mentioning them here because I feel future guests should be aware of them. The biggest problem occurred during the final two days of our stay, when we had no running water. Initially, I tried to be patient and understanding, but my health deteriorated significantly. By the final day, I was extremely unwell, unable to stand properly and was in tears from how sick and uncomfortable I had become. The lack of water also meant we were unable to maintain basic personal hygiene. This was particularly distressing because I have a skin condition, and without being able to wash the salt and other residue from my skin, it became extremely painful and my skin began to bleed. At that point, the accommodation no longer met what I would consider normal basic hygiene standards. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave and move to alternative accommodation. Two of my friends were also unable to wait any longer and had to arrange and pay for alternative accommodation themselves, leaving them out of pocket as well. We also had the additional expense of a taxi to the new accommodation. Importantly, I have written confirmation from the agent that I would be refunded for the final night, as we had to leave because of the lack of running water. Despite this, the refund is now being refused.
